8DInvest is a financial market intelligence and simulation backtesting platform operated by AR Design Tech Ltd. It provides market data, analytical algorithms, automated charts, watchlists, alerts, and simulated training tools for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

No fiduciary, advisory, broker-dealer, or financial client relationship is created through use of this platform. All strategic formulations, software simulations, and investment evaluations are conducted solely at your own risk.

• You are responsible for maintaining your account access security and protecting your credentials.
• You assume full operational responsibility for all calculations, strategy configurations, and activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, operational violations, or system security risks.

Market data, including historical pricing matrices utilized within the backtester, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Data is sourced via developer tiers from third-party providers and external APIs that may experience outages, indexing flaws, or formatting errors.

• All metrics, signal trackers, and alerts are provided on an unverified, best-effort basis.
• No guarantee or operational warranty is provided regarding data accuracy, processing timing, or message delivery.
• AI-generated summaries, code suggestions, and technical insights are experimental features prone to calculation errors.

• No automated scraping, data harvesting, web crawling, or systemic extraction of market streams or platform configurations.
• AI Training Ban: You are strictly prohibited from using any platform data, system outputs, proprietary charts, or AI-generated insights to train, refine, or validate third-party artificial intelligence architectures, machine learning frameworks, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• No reverse engineering, compiling, deconstructing, or copying platform source code and backtesting algorithmic logic.
• No abuse of developer APIs, server endpoints, simulation bots, or system processing capacities.
• No interference with infrastructure performance, cloud security firewalls, or user authentications.

All content, database structures, branding assets, calculation engines, proprietary code, and software interfaces are owned exclusively by AR Design Tech Ltd or its underlying licensors and are fully protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

The platform may integrate third-party market data feeds, financial visualization packages, analytics modules, and external website anchors. We operate independently of these entities and assume no liability for their direct system availability, downstream data accuracy, or content protocols.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR Design Tech Ltd, 8DInvest, and its directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial losses arising from your reliance on our backtest models, operational system crashes, or data-related inaccuracies.

Liability Cap: In no event shall the total aggregate financial liability of AR Design Tech Ltd to you for all claims, disputes, or legal damages exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00 CAD).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AR Design Tech Ltd and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, financial losses, regulatory damages, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising directly out of your violation of these terms or misuse of platform data feeds.

We reserve the absolute discretion to modify, alter, throttle, suspend, or permanently discontinue any software feature, interface module, or data stream at any time without prior notice or subsequent commercial liability.

We may terminate or temporarily suspend your structural access to the platform at our sole discretion for structural violations, code manipulation, or general risk mitigation without warning.

These Terms, along with your use of the platform, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

You explicitly agree that any formal dispute, legal filing, or court proceeding relating to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
