8DInvest is a financial market intelligence platform operated by AR Design Tech Ltd. It provides market data, analytics, charts, watchlists, alerts, and related tools for informational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

3. No Financial Advisory Relationship

No fiduciary, advisory, broker, or client relationship is created through use of this platform. All decisions are made solely at your own risk.

4. User Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or security risks.
5. Market Data Accuracy

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Data is sourced from third-party providers and external APIs that may experience outages or errors.

6. Watchlists, Alerts & AI Features
  • Features are provided on a best-effort basis.
  • No guarantee of accuracy, timing, or delivery.
  • AI-generated insights are experimental and not financial advice.
7. Prohibited Use
  • No scraping, data harvesting, or automated extraction.
  • No reverse engineering or copying platform functionality.
  • No abuse of APIs, bots, or system outputs.
  • No interference with platform performance or security.
8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and systems are owned by AR Design Tech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party data providers, APIs, analytics tools, and external links. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Design Tech Ltd and 8DInvest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or financial losses arising from use of the platform.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the platform at our discretion for violations or risk management.
